greens = chopped basil mixed with arugula

protein = near soft boiled egg, fresh mozzarella

vinaigrette = rice wine vinegar, olive oil, coarse pepper, herbs de provençe

AND

chopped asparagus, tomato

FINALLY

fried shallot and leek
